What is a Closed Door Sale?
We have 'Exclusive' arrangements with some of Melbourne's leading manufacturers, wholesalers and importers who have agreed to open their warehouse doors exclusively to our Closed Door Sale ticket holders on set days throughout the year. You get to shop direct at heavily reduced prices before the stock is shipped to the retailers. Each warehouse is fully stocked with top brand name goods.
What makes these sales so Exclusive?
We only accept warehouses that meet our strict criteria...
1) They MUST NOT be retailers that are open to the general public!
2) They MUST sell Brand Name stock at a minimum of 25% below retail price!
3) They MUST ONLY open their warehouse doors to Closed Door Sale customer ticket holders, not off-street shoppers!
This is is what makes our Closed Door Sales 'Exclusive'. These are NOT your average everyday sales as the warehouses are not retailers. You are shopping direct from their warehouses and storage facilities at wholesale prices and below therefore cutting out the middle-man and their high retail prices!
What type of Closed Door Sales do you offer?
We have exclusive access to several warehouses around Melbourne that stock Toys, Ladies, Men's & Kidswear, Cosmetics & Body Care Products, Ladies Fashion, Leather Goods & Kitchen & Giftware. We are also planning to have exclusive access to other warehouses that stock Gifts, Shoes, Kitchen Goods, Lingerie and Manchester to give you more variety. Eventually these will also be available in other states around Australia.
When are the Closed Door Sales held?
The warehouses are open on select Sundays between 9.00am & 2.00pm. On popular days we sometimes extend the opening times but please check with us first. Dates for each sale are listed on each venues page.
PLEASE NOTE: Dates for most sales (September – December) coincide with each other so you can visit more than one sale on the same day in your own car. Additional sale dates may be added according to demand.

We are continually on the look-out for new exclusive warehouses to add. Once we find them this website will be updated so visit us regularly for new sales events.
Where are these warehouses located?
All the warehouses are currently located around the Melbourne Metropolitan area in South Yarra, Abbotsford, Collingwood, Brunswick, Brunswick East & Reservoir. The location for each sale is located on each venues page. We are also planning additional 'Exclusive' Closed Door Sales in other states around Australia. Why not make a day of it and visit all the warehouses on the one day in your car?
Are the discounts worthwhile?
Absolutely! You will save between 25% - 85% on top brand name goods.
Do I get to choose what sale I want to attend?
Yes! As long as you pre-book the sale you want you will not miss out. Dates have conveniently been set to coincide with each sale so you can visit more than one warehouse on the same day. Dates are limited so please don't leave it too late to book.

Can the general public walk off the street in to each sale?
These are Exclusive sales for Closed Door Sale ticket holders only. You must show your valid entry ticket at the register to obtain the discounts. Management reserves the right to charge full retail prices to non-ticket holders.
Will I be denied entry if I arrive late?
As long as you have booked your ticket/s you will not be denied entry. You do not have to be there at the 9.00am opening time to get in the door as you will probably experience lengthy queue's to get in. Each warehouse is large enough to hold hundreds of people throughout the day however we suggest that you attend after midday when it should be a little quieter.
How many people do I need to attend?
There is no minimum numbers required. Come by yourself or in a group and take advantage of the wonderful savings on offer.
What forms of payment are accepted at each sale?
Visa and Master Card are accepted and some warehouses may accept Amex. All warehouses have Eftpos facilities and accept cash. No cheques accepted.
Is there a cost to attend?
There is no cost to join our club and entry in to each warehouse sale is FREE to ticket holders. However if you belong to a club or fundraising organisation your club or organisation may charge you for tickets for fundraising purposes.
Can I fundraise for my group or organisation?
If you wish to raise funds through our Closed Door Sales we suggest you charge your group $5 or $10 per ticket for the privilege of attending which you can keep towards your fundraising.
Can you organise transportation for my group?
If you have a group we can recommend bus companies in your area however there is ample ‘free’ parking available for shoppers at all Closed Door Sale venues. Alternatively, why not organise one of our Melbourne Shopping Tours and visit a variety of Melbourne's best factory and warehouse outlets on board a luxury coach.
Should I register now even if I don't live in Melbourne?
We suggest that you Register Now so that we can keep in contact with you when we do expand in to other states around Australia. We plan to 'fast-track' our expansion in to the other major cities in the New Year and you will be the first to know about it via our regular emails. Alternatively you can join our mailing list on the home page of our website. We welcome any stock suggestions you would like to see and any warehouses you believe would suit the Closed Door Sales concept in your state.
How do I register and book tickets?
Just click on the 'Register (Free)' link on the left of this page to join the club and then you will be given instant access to select and book the sale/s you want to attend. Your tickets are automatically emailed to you within 5 minutes of submitting each booking. Tickets cannot be posted so we suggest you find someone with email access to book your tickets or ask them to do it for you.

I'm having trouble logging in/receiving tickets?
Several people have entered incorrect email addresses or passwords due to hitting the wrong letters on their keyboard upon registering. You will need to re-register again but please be careful when entering your email address and password as you can only log in with the identical email address and password or access will be denied. This could also be the reason why you haven't received your ticket as they are automatically emailed within 5 minutes of booking to the email address you provided upon registering.
Your ticket/s may go direct to your junk email box. If you still haven't received your ticket/s you may need to 'delete cookies' off your computer to enable you to receive email attachments. To do this go to your web browser (e.g. Google) and click on 'Tools' then 'Internet Options' then 'Clear Browsing History'.
If you have forgotten your email address or password just re-register again.
Why did I only receive 1 ticket when I booked more?
Our website currently only emails 1 ticket to you. You can then print or copy the number of tickets you want with the same name on each ticket. The number of tickets you ordered upon booking is for us to keep track of bookings.
Does it matter if my name is on each ticket?
No it doesn't as long as each person has a ticket. The name on the ticket is mainly for fundraising organisations and does not apply to individuals.
Can I bring children with me to each sale?
We don't advise that Children attend the Closed Door Sales as each warehouse will be very busy and could be uncomfortable for them but we won't deny them entry if they attend with you. It is advisable for each child to have a ticket too.
Do tickets have to be printed in colour?
No. Black and white is fine as long as you have a valid ticket.
Do you have an online shop that I can buy from?
Not at the moment. It is something we are definitely looking in to for the future.
How do I get tickets for my friends & family?
Once you have registered you will be able to book as many warehouse sale venues and dates that you want. To get multiple tickets you can...
1) Print off as many tickets as you need from your own printer with your own name on each ticket and distribute them to your friends & family.
2) Click the 'Forward to a Friend' link on the email we send to you with your ticket to distribute tickets to your friends & family.
3) Click this Forward to a Friend link to invite your friends & family to register and book their own tickets online.
Do you offer other services besides Closed Door Sales?
